Exactly what I’ve been looking for!!

I’ve spent years trying to find a pair of cargo shorts that actually fit well without being overly bulky or covered in unnecessary pockets, Velcro and detailing. These have finally ticked every box.

The fit is excellent, and having a proper 28” waist is a huge plus. The material feels great and is really comfortable for everyday wear. The pockets are particularly well designed — they’re deep and practical, with secure zipped pockets, while the side cargo pockets sit flat when empty so the shorts don’t look or feel bulky.

The overall design is clean, understated and practical, which is exactly what I wanted. I’ve already worn them extensively outdoors, including a recent holiday with plenty of walking, hiking and beach days and they’ve been comfortable throughout. They’re practical enough for long days out while still looking clean and casual.

I’m genuinely impressed with these and can see myself getting a lot of use out of them. After years of struggling to find the right cargo shorts, I think I’ve finally found my go-to pair.

Bought in green and black. Firstly, the positives..nice colours, stretchy material and exceptional quality, these are very well made and will last a while for sure.
However, I am finding them to be a bit uncomfortable, mainly because of the pockets. Don't get me wrong multiple pockets are great, but the front double pockets (one zipped and one not) means you have about 4 layers of fabric on your thigh and in the recent heat that has made them feel a bit heavy and clingy/ restrictive. Adding to this is the pockets are so deep, If you put your phone in one it ends up on the front of your thigh an inch or two above your knee which makes it tighter on the thigh and very uncomfortable walking or getting in and out of a car etc. My final issue is the side cargo pockets barely fit a normal sized phone (pixel 8 pro in a case) any bigger that that and you won't be able to do the popper up.

I think lighter fabric on the pocket liners, 50mm off the depth of the front pockets and 50mm added to the cargo pockets and these would be much better. Shame really as the Cost a lot and I was hoping they would be better.
I will probably return the pair I haven't worn for a refund.

Possibly the best shorts I’ve owned. Saw these on an ad on instagram amongst other being advertised. These shorts were more expensive but from their ad you could see the quality. Plus they are made in the UK, which is a big plus from me. They are so comfortable. And have great pockets. Enough for everything I need. They have belt loops too.
I wore these to see Metallica at the weekend and I had everything in my pockets. Felt very secure.
They look smart too, kept me cool too.
I will be being the other 2 colours.
